Shop Online

How do I register to shop online with Woodka Interiors?

Ready to shop online with Woodka Interiors, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click “Log In” at the top of the page – it’s like your VIP pass!
  2. Enter your email and we’ll send you a login code to get you in.
  3. Once you’re in, browse our awesome collection, add what you love to your cart.

When you’re ready to check out:

  • Fill in your delivery details and choose your shipping method.
  • After you click "Pay Now", you’ll be securely redirected to complete your payment

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is all set, and you’ll get an email confirmation. If you need help at any point, just reach out to our friendly customer support team – we’re here to help!

How do I search for and filter products in the Woodka Interiors online store?

To search for specific items, use the search bar at the top of the page. You can type keywords like( furniture, decor, rugs,) and more. You’ll also find helpful categories in the dropdown, including:

  • New In, Best Sellers, Furniture, Decor & Accents, Lighting, Rugs, Wall Accents & Mirrors, and Sale.


Once you’ve selected a category or collection, you can sort and filter products by price, size, color, or shape, and choose how many items are displayed per page or row. You can also use the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the page to type in a product name or keyword — we’ll show you all matching items available online.

Do I get digital receipts?

Yes! Every order placed online comes with a digital receipt sent straight to your email. It’s a quick and convenient way to keep track of your purchases, and you can access it anytime if you need to check your order details.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Signing up is easy! Simply enter your email address in the newsletter signup form at the bottom of our website or during checkout. You’ll get updates on new arrivals, styling tips, and exclusive offers, straight to your inbox. If at any time you want to stop receiving our newsletter, simply click the “update preferences” button at the bottom of any of our emails to manage or unsubscribe.

Orders

What if the item I want is on backorder?

If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an estimated restock date. While we work hard to restock and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please note that backordered items may take a little longer to ship than in-stock products. You can choose to wait for the item, or we can suggest similar products that are available immediately. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you can plan your purchase with confidence.

Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing or options. We focus on providing high-quality products directly to our retail customers. We may provide discounts to registered professionals in the interior decor and renovation industry. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely happy, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Returns are arranged through our online store, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step. How will I be credited for my return?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you used a gift voucher the refund will be applied accordingly.

How long will it take to receive an eGift card once purchased?

eGift cards are typically delivered via email within a few minutes of your purchase. However, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery in case of any delays. If you don’t receive your eGift card within this timeframe, feel free to contact us for assistance!

Do gift cards expire?

No, our digital gift cards never expire.

What delivery options are available?

We offer convenient deliver by courier to your door throughout South Africa.

When can I expect my delivery?

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and the item purchased. We’ll always note lead times on the individual product page.

Our courier operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates or times, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

What is the delivery fee for furniture orders?

Most of our furniture items include free delivery — no surprises at checkout!
For the few items where a delivery fee may apply, the cost will be clearly shown during checkout based on your location.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

All clients receive an SMS notification from the courier on the day of delivery. If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, the courier will attempt delivery again on the next business day. If you don’t respond or arrange redelivery within the specified timeframe, your package may be returned to us. In that case, we can help you reschedule delivery, but additional shipping fees may apply.

What payment options do I have when purchasing?

We’ve made paying for your favourite homeware online easy. We’ve partnered with South Africa’s most trusted payment providers to make your shopping experience fast, and secure. You can pay using credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, MobiCred, American Express) or Instant EFT or gift vouchers. All payments are handled through a secure gateway, so you can shop with confidence.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

We’ve partnered with Payflex and Mobicred to make it easier for you to shop your favourite Woodka Interiors pieces.

  • Payflex lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
  • Mobicred offers a simple credit option, allowing you to pay over time in flexible monthly installments.

You’ll see both options at checkout, with clear steps to apply if needed. It’s safe, secure, and designed to make your purchase stress-free.

Can I purchase an item on Laybuy?

Yes, we offer Laybuy as a payment option! You’ll make an initial deposit at the time of purchase with your chosen payment method. Once your full payment is complete, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. Contact us for more information.

Are there any additional payment fees?

Apart from shipping costs, there are no hidden fees. All charges will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

How often do you get new products?

We regularly update our collections with new products, so there’s always something fresh to discover for your home. Check back often, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals, or click here to view our latest products.

How do I know if a furniture item will fit in my space?

Each furniture product listing includes detailed dimensions, so you can measure your space before purchasing. All measurements are provided in centimeters for your convenience. We recommend measuring the area where you plan to place the item, including any doorways or hallways the item must pass through. If you’re unsure about a specific measurement, our customer service team is here to help.

Are the products true to size / color?

We work hard to provide the most accurate product images to give you a true representation of our items. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or the lighting conditions in the photos. To help you get the best idea of the shade, we recommend checking the product description for any additional details on color variations. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to contact us. What materials are your products made from?

Are your lights compatible with standard sockets?

Yes! All our lighting products are designed to fit standard sockets, so you can install them safely and easily at home. For bulbs, always check the recommended wattage and type listed on each product to ensure the best performance and safety.
