Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Furniture and Home Decor: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Free gifts, sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your furniture or home decor arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a full resolution.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start your return, please email us at info@woodkainteriors.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.
  2. Proof of Purchase: To process an exchange, credit, or refund for eligible items, proof of purchase is required. We accept the following as valid proof of purchase: Original receipt (including gift receipt, or electronic order confirmation)
  3. Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Prepare Your Return: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item is not packaged correctly, we will be unable to accept the return. Proper packaging is essential to avoid any damage during transit.
  5. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling charges.

Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  • After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items Received

At Woodka Interiors, we want you to have the best experience with your home decor and furniture. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

When contacting us:

  • Include your order number.
  • Provide details of the issue.
  • Attach photos of the damage (and packaging if possible).

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re completely satisfied with the solution. Whether it’s a replacement or other remedy, your satisfaction is our priority.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the item you'd like.

Return Address

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and all necessary instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.

Shipping of Returns

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For international returns, customers are also responsible for shipping fees.
