Refund policy

We’re confident in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t fit your vision. If you change your mind about a piece or it doesn’t quite work in your space, you can return select items within 7 days of delivery. No worries at all—we’re here to help make the process easy for you!

A Few Things to Note:

Inspect Your Order: Please check your order immediately for any defects, damage, or inaccuracies. If something isn’t right, contact us ASAP so we can resolve it.

Return Window: You can return any refundable items within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this period.

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please ensure they are securely packed for return.

Shipping Refunds: We don’t refund shipping and handling fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Non-Refundable Items: Free gifts, sale items, custom-made items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: If you want something else, the quickest way is to return the item you have and make a new purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping. We will refund the original payment method minus shipping and handling costs.

 

To Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@woodkainteriors.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  2. Processing Time: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for quality checks and refund processing. You’ll receive an email notification, and it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  3. Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out with your order number, details of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work to find the best solution for you.
  4. Refund Timeline: After we inspect your return, if everything is in order, you can expect a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@woodkainteriors.com.
