Order Processing & Dispatch

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Backorders: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, your order may be split into multiple shipments. We will provide estimated shipment dates and keep you informed throughout the process.

Made-to-Order Items: These items are produced once your order is confirmed. They require a production lead time (typically 10–30 days). Please refer to the specific timeline listed on the individual product page.

Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Standard Delivery: A flat rate of R150 per order nationwide.
  • Free Delivery: All orders over R2,000 qualify for free standard delivery across South Africa.
  • Specialised Shipping: Some larger furniture pieces may carry a shipping fee, which will be clearly indicated on the individual product page.
  • Calculations: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number to follow your shipment in real time via our courier partner’s website. Updates are sent regularly with estimated delivery dates and status changes.

  • Daily updates will include estimated delivery dates and any changes, including delays or attempted deliveries.

Shipping Address & Delivery Requirements

Physical Address Only: We deliver directly to your door. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Contact Information: Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct at checkout. If we cannot confirm your address within 5 business days of an attempted delivery, items will be returned to our warehouse, and store credit will be issued.

Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt and ensure safe handover.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please note the issue on the delivery waybill and contact us immediately.
