Delivery Times & Logistics:
After payment is received, we’ll process your order within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Delivery will occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact time or date, but we’ll do our best to deliver as promptly as possible.
Shipping Address & Contact Info:
Please ensure you provide an active phone number and email address at checkout so we can coordinate delivery with you.
Holding Items:
If the delivery address is not confirmed within 5 business days, items will be returned. In such cases, you will receive store credit, not a refund. We are not responsible for any damage or loss after this period.
Damaged Parcels:
If your item arrives damaged, note the issue upon delivery and contact our Customer Experience Team at info@woodkainteriors.com. Please include your order number and any photos of the damage and packaging so we can address the issue immediately.

All items labeled as "final sale," "clearance," or "made-to-order" (including artwork) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
