We deliver furniture and home decor nationwide across South Africa. Below is everything you need to know about delivery timelines, delivery areas, and what to expect once you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, these are the typical transit times to your door.
- Major cities (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) may take up to 3-7 working days.
- Outlying or regional areas typically take several working days, with remote areas possibly taking longer depending on location.
- Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, unless otherwise arranged with you.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Times may vary due to location, stock availability, courier delays, or busy periods. Some decor and furniture items may require additional transit time.
Delivery Requirements
- Signature required: To confirm receipt and ensure safe delivery.
- Physical address only: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Contact Details: Make sure your phone number and email are correct at checkout so we can coordinate delivery if needed.
Delivery Costs & Area
- Costs: Standard delivery R150 and orders over R2,000 qualify for free delivery across South Africa.
- Area: Secure door-to-door delivery across all provinces.
- Specialised Shipping: For products that have specialised shipping requirements or additional costs, this information will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an automated email with a unique tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Click the link in your email to track your shipment in real-time via our courier partner’s website.
- You will receive regular updates regarding estimated delivery dates and any status changes.
- If you experience issues with tracking, email our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
Multiple Shipments & Backorders
To get your Woodka pieces to you as quickly as possible, we may occasionally split your order into multiple deliveries. If one item is ready while another is on backorder, we’ll send the available item first at no extra cost to you. You will receive a separate tracking number for each box so you can follow every part of your order. We will always email you with estimated arrival dates for any items following in a second shipment.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
We take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. However, we know that accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your box arrives with visible damage, please note this on the courier’s waybill or handheld device before signing for the delivery. Once the driver leaves, send a photo to info@woodkainteriors.com and include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, so we can resolve the matter for you immediately.
Final Sales & Made To Order Items
- Final Sale: All sale, clearance, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to double-check your space measurements and delivery address at checkout to ensure a smooth arrival!
- Made-to-Order Timelines: These items require 10–30 days for your order before they are ready for dispatch. See product details for estimated production and delivery times.
- High-Demand Periods: During busy times like the festive season or major sales we may experience delays. We will always keep you updated with the most accurate estimated delivery times for your area.
