We offer the following shipping methods for deliveries within South Africa. (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN)

- Regional Areas: 2 - 5 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 - 7 working day
Please note these are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Express Shipping: Need your items sooner? Contact us for express shipping options with faster delivery times.
Regional & Remote Areas: Shipping to regional and remote areas may take up to 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates, and we’ll keep you updated with tracking details.
Free Shipping: Available on select items such as rugs and artwork. Check product descriptions for eligible items.
Shipment Tracking

- Updates will be sent daily with estimated delivery dates until your order reaches its destination.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you promptly with updated details. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process and provide an estimated shipment date for back ordered items. In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries to ensure you receive available items as soon as possible.
